HomeBuyer Reports
Designed by RICS to assist purchasers, this focuses upon urgent matters that may affect the value of the property you are intending to purchase.
Such reports are suitable for conventional houses or flats built within the last 100 years, cosmetically in good condition and unaltered if the property is more unusual / historic Ibbett Mosely would recommend a general survey.
Specific Defect Reports
As we get older bits start to creak (and leak) - property does the same.
Ibbett Mosely offer a tailored inspection and report on one or more known defects or areas of concern in your property. For example we are commonly asked to report on roof condition, damp, and structural movement.
This is suitable for all types of property.
Improvements and Alterations Reports
A brief report prepared by one of Ibbett's surveyors on proposed alterations and/or improvements, advise commonly geared towards whether they would be feasible and cost effective.

Dilapidations Reports
At the conclusion of a lease it is important to ensure that the tenant complies with their obligations to hand back premises in an acceptable form. Ibbett Mosely Commercial specialises in such negotiations.

This work will typically includes a full inspection, measurements to calculate the floor area, assessment of quality of construction and fixtures / fittings in accordance with RICS recommendations.
